About the Opportunity:
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining master programs across Maas Construct's project portfolio from tender through to delivery handover. Working closely with preconstruction, commercial, and construction teams, you will ensure programs are realistic, resource-aligned, and accurately reflect the project methodology and contractual requirements at all stages of the project lifecycle.
About You:
- 7+ years-experience in program planning and construction scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling platforms
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, trade sequencing, and critical path analysis
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience developing programs across design and construct or general contracting delivery models
